The initiative is the largest of its kind and is the government’s response to the Independent Review of Drugs carried out by Dame Carol Black. Rob has overall responsibility for the national adoption after working on consultation sessions with JP Marks, Director General, Work and Health Services at the Department for Work and Pensions. With over twenty years’ experience in senior management positions across a range of sectors, as well as running a successful coaching and mentoring service for the past 12 years.
